BOOKING DETAILS

• For Corporate/Business Events and Personal Celebrations, our event space can accommodate a minimum of 20 guests, to a maximum of 130 guests.

• For Weddings our event space can accommodate 35-120 guests including space for a dance floor and DJ.
- For Friday/Sunday wedding receptions, guest count minimum is 35.
- For Saturday wedding receptions, guest count minimum is 75.
- To host ceremony and reception, guest count can’t exceed 60 guests.

• For events that are smaller (under 20 guests), we have our semi-private dining space in Carson’s Andover, “The Esquire Room”, that holds 10-12 guests. This space is handled as one check, order off the menu and paid at the conclusion of the event.

• For business gatherings or personal celebrations of 35-55 guests, we offer our Carson’s at Andover’s “Terrace” as a private space for events hosted on Monday-Thursdays. Please inquire below for additional details.

The Lily : 20-70 guests

The Lincoln : 20-50 guests

The Esquire Room : 10-12 Guests

How many people can your space hold?

Our event space can host events and celebrations for 20-130 guests. To book an event in The Lily or The Lincoln, you must reach a guest minimum of 20. To book an event in the complete Hudson space, you must reach a guest minimum of 75.
Do you offer plated dinners only or can we do a buffet service or just appetizers?

All events held in The Hudson are able to offer plated, passed or buffet/stationed food service for their guests depending on the experience they’re wanting to offer! All food and beverage/bar service must be sourced through Carson's at Andover for all events.
Do you help with decorating or setting up my event?

Events at The Hudson features an in-house wedding and event planning company to help bring your celebration vision to life. Haley Michelle Designs can offer event design services to help give your event an elevated look, which includes all set up needs.
If you choose to forgo our in-house event design package, your tables will be set with our standard Carson’s gold lamps and dinner china.
What comes included in the event space rental and what is additional?

Tables, chairs, in-house linens/napkins (laundering fee included) and all china are included in any event rental with The Hudson. Linen upgrades available.
Additionally, all event proposals will feature an automatic gratuity, a back-of-house production fee and sales tax.
Do you have the capabilities for me to include a presentation during our event?

Our entire event space comes with audiovisual capabilities. You will have the ability to personalize your event or celebration with smart art televisions and individual audio controls.
